Film description:
When a police officer of irrefutable honour is caught stealing $1,000,000 from a police safe, he claims to have no memory of his actions. The investigating officer, a member of the elite G4 special force believes that the perpetrator has been hypnotised. In an effort to prove his innocence the officer enlists the help of a psychologist who has become an expert in the shadowy field of psychogenesis, the science of controlling the actions of others via hypnosis. It is his belief that the suspect is the unwitting target of such behaviour and has resulted in the theft. Together they must find the person responsible for this travesty before he strikes again.
