Film description:
50-year-old businessman, Dan Foreman (Quaid) is forced to face a difficult situation at work and at home when he is demoted and expected to work with 26-year-old Carter Duryea, his new boss, a man who is also dating his daughter Alex (Johansson). A business school prodigy who preaches corporate Synergy, he is completely at odds with Dan\'s traditional style in business. They form a tenuous relationship based on corporate necessity, but this becomes far more complicated as Carter involves himself with Alex.
